CeruStop Wax Guards
The most widely adopted hearing aid wax filter globally. Standard 8-pcs-per-disk dispensing system. CeruStop wax guards fit the broadest range of hearing aid receivers across 5 major brands — the go-to cerumen filter for audiologists, clinics, and retail shelves worldwide.
ProWax MiniFit Wax Filters
Specifically engineered Oticon wax guard replacement for MiniFit RITE/RIC receivers. This wax filter is designed for Oticon's latest platforms — Intent, Real, More, Play, Xceed, and Opn S families. 6 pcs per disk, precision-molded for a secure, gap-free fit in the MiniFit receiver port.
Starkey Hear Clear Wax Guards
Proprietary Starkey wax guard filters for the Genesis AI, Evolv AI, Livio Edge, and Picasso families. These hearing aid wax filters are uniquely shaped to Starkey's receiver geometry — not cross-compatible with other brands' earwax filters.
Cerushield Disk Wax Filters
High-performance Cerushield Disk wax filters engineered specifically for Phonak SDS 4.0 receivers. The unique ceramic disk design provides superior wax protection while maintaining excellent sound clarity. Its innovative shield effectively blocks cerumen and debris, ensuring reliable performance and extended receiver life — ideal for daily wear and demanding environments.
HF3 & HF4 Wax Guard Filters
The dial-dispenser HF3 hearing aid wax guard is the standard wax filter for Resound, Signia, and Rexton BTE/RIC models. HF4 wax guards are the CIC/ITC variant — smaller footprint for custom-molded hearing aids. Color-coded (blue/left, red/right) for easy identification.

Wax Guard Filter FAQ
How often should I replace my hearing aid wax guard filter?
Audiologists recommend replacing wax guard filters every 4–8 weeks. Users who produce more earwax or live in humid environments may need to replace them monthly. Signs it's time: reduced volume, distorted sound, or visible cerumen blocking the filter. Regular wax guard replacement is the simplest way to avoid expensive hearing aid repairs.
Which wax guard type fits my hearing aid?
It depends on your hearing aid brand: Phonak/Unitron/Widex/Resound/Beltone generally use CeruStop wax guards. Oticon/Bernafon RITE models use ProWax MiniFit filters. Starkey uses Hear Clear wax guards. Resound/Signia/Rexton BTE & RIC use HF3 wax filters. Check your hearing aid's user manual or consult the brand compatibility chart above. When in doubt, the shape of your current wax guard disk is the best reference.
CeruStop vs ProWax vs Hear Clear — can they be swapped?
No. These three wax filter types have different dimensions and locking mechanisms designed for specific receiver geometries. A CeruStop wax guard won't fit an Oticon MiniFit receiver, and a ProWax filter won't seal properly in a Phonak receiver. Using the wrong hearing aid wax guard can leave the receiver unprotected or even damage the receiver port.
Can I order wax guard filters in bulk or with my own branding?
Yes. We supply bulk wholesale wax guard filters and offer full OEM/private label service — custom logo, packaging design, barcode, and box/blister card printing. Whether you're a distributor, clinic chain, or e-commerce seller, we can produce custom wax guard packaging under your brand.
Do you provide samples before a bulk order?
Absolutely. We offer free samples of our standard wax guard filter types so you can verify fit, material quality, and packaging before committing. For custom/OEM projects, we provide pre-production samples from the actual production mold. Contact us for sample requests.
